• Children’s rates are based on occupying same room with two adults.
• Deposit of $150.00 per suite and $100.00 per deluxe lakeside room required with reservation.
• Deposit refundable with three-week notice of cancellation. For group reservations, five-week notice of cancellation is required.
• Rates do not include 8% sales tax or gratuities
• Rates payable in advance upon arrival.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm
• Check-out time is 11:00 am
• No pets
• All buildings, including accommodations are non-smoking
